ApolloHeating, Cooling, andPlumbing: Committed to Excellence for Over 20 Years Apollo Heating, founded in 2004 by Nick Leisinger, has become a trusted name in residential HVAC and plumbing services in northeastern Ohio. Based in Summit County, the business specializes in residential maintenance, service, and installation, with a focus on customer satisfaction and community involvement. While the company has grown significantly over the years, Nick’s commitment to maintaining high service standards and fostering a positive work environment has remained a driving force behind its success. “We do service and replacement. That’s really our niche,” Nick says, highlighting the company’s specialized approach in an industry dominated by general contractors. Nick, who co-founded the companywithhis father, reflects on their humble beginnings: “My father and I started the company on April 1, 2004—no joke, I promise.” Since then, the company has flourished, serving Summit, Portage, Stark, and Medina counties, with plans to expand further. Today, the company has 45 field staff and is currently adding another 10 team members. “We’ve probably been the fastest-growing company in northeastern Ohio in the trades for quite some time,” Nick shares. A key to the company’s growth has been its commitment to delivering top-notch service to its customers, which has earned them a loyal customer base. “I was helping put in ice machines at Olive Gardens and Red Lobsters during spring break when I was 13,” Nick recalls, a hands-on introduction to the trade that laid the foundation for his career. “It’s all about providing great service and building relationships with customers,” he adds. The company now services residential clients exclusively, focusing on maintenance, service, and replacement, while steering clear of new construction or commercial work. This focus has allowed the company to position itself as a leader in the region’sHVACandplumbing industry. Nick’s pride in the company’s reputation is evident when he talks about its branding efforts. “Last year, we rolled out a new logo and updated our vehicle designs,” Nick says. “It was a big change for us, but it’s been well-received. The new look is bright, friendly, and easy to recognize.” This update was more than just a cosmetic change; it reflects the company’s evolution and growing prominence in the community. Nick’s commitment to giving back is also apparent in his latest initiative to support local veterans. “We’re working with county veteran services to offer maintenance, repairs, and even replacing equipment for veterans who need it,” Nick explains. The program aims to provide essential services to those who have served the country, FEBRUARY 2025
