Sergey credits that commercial response to the quality of the units, but also the quality of the area. East Atlanta Village and Grant Park are down the road, and the Beltline’s Southside Trail is within walking distance. “Five years ago, the area was very different,” Sergey says, “but it’s transitioned into something very hip and very modern. A lot of young professionals are attracted to this area. They like the proximity to the park, they like the proximity to the airport, they like the closeness to the city downtown. If somebody works in town, this neighborhood makes perfect sense.” Moreland Walk also hosts its own amenities, Sergey adds.
