Barrington Capital Group, LLC is a private real estate firm currently focused on developing multi-family and single-family communities in Southern California. While Barrington specializes in properties in the Los Angeles area, they have completed work in Las Vegas and Texas. As a steadily growing company, Barrington delivers quality service throughout the development and buying process. Barrington Capital Group was formed by Bryan Leishman, Esq. and Aaron Mensch. Both were friends in college, but they pursued different paths afterward. Leishman went to law school and also served as Director of Acquisitions for R.W. Selby & Company, Inc. Leishman reflects, “I was the Director of Acquisitions. The projects that I was doing were value-add multiple family investments. It was larger scale apartment buildings where you put money into them and increase the rent. It was a small box of what we could do. I would find projects outside of that box and development projects that were interesting.
