That’s partly why they have expanded so aggressively throughout the state of Texas and into North Carolina. Their goal now is to solidify those new offices, and to build reputations in those markets similar to the reputation they’ve built in Houston. “Our vision is to get the offices in those cities moving forward,” Matt says. “We want to see them doing really well.
